Perhaps you are not aware that Porto Ercole, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is near Orbetello, and you can visit it with your 4-legged friend. You can also relax and use the almost 900 sq m dog exercising area in Via Campagnatico, opened just a few years ago.
Mediterranean Aquarium, Porto Santo Stefano
If you love fish, then the Argentario Mediterranean Aquarium, in Porto Santo Stefano, is the place for you. Inside you will find a grand total of seventeen tanks containing various animal and plant species, including grouper, lobster, moray eel, shark, seahorses and octopus. The aquarium is just a few kilometers away from Orbetello Family Camping Village and is one of Maremma’s “pet-friendly” museums.
