These Rules are handed in at the moment of arrival. They are also posted on the Reception wall and inside Orbetello Camping Village. Entering the Campsite entails fully accepting the Rules.
Upon arrival, Customers are required to submit a valid identity document to facilitate all lawful registrations.
As receipt, you will be provided with an identity pass, consisting of a personalized Cub del Sole bracelet. The bracelet is numbered, personal, and cannot be transferred to anyone else. You are kindly requested to ensure that your check-in is correct and that it matches both type of equipment and number of people.
The pass-bracelet allows a guest to access and reside at Orbetello Camping Village; it must be shown upon entering, and our staff may verify it on demand.
By law, Customers entering and exiting the premises must notify the check-in staff of such movements by submitting and/or collecting their bracelet and car passes, in order to carry out the required registration. Exits that have not been notified within 24 hours are deemed non-valid and will be charged.
Bungalows and Maxi-caravans are at our Customers’ disposal from 17.00 h, where as pitches are available from 12.00 h on day of arrival.
Management reserves the right to refuse unwanted or overbooked guests, at its sole discretion.
Daily visitors are only allowed to enter on foot, from 8,00 a.m. to 10,00 p.m., after submitting an identity document as well as paying the “daily visitor” entrance fee.
Should anyone be found in the campsite premises with no relevant authorization, they may be charged with Unlawful Entry as per art. 614 of the Italian Codice Penale (Criminal Law Code).
PITCH NUMBER REGISTRATION
In the Campsite, a pitch is assigned by the staff in charge. You are kindly requested to arrange your equipment in the defined areas, and to keep the entrance side towards the street. Cars must always be parked in the reserved parking place.
Any pitch change must always be approved by the Management.
Cars, motorbikes and scooters cannot circulate inside the campsite, to guarantee tranquility and safety for all guests. When this is inevitable, you are kindly requested to keep a 10 km./hour speed limit. Circulation is forbidden from 23.00 to 7.00.
All cars inside the Campsite, must be equipped with a special badge, to be collected at the Check-in desk. Cars without such badge will be removed.
MINORS OF AGE
Guests below the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents, and will be accommodated with them, or with any person having legal parental charge; parents or legal tutors are also responsible for the observation and respect of all campsite rules.
Adults must be vigilant, so that their children do not disturb the other guests. Moreover, the youngest children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the toilets . The campsite Management fully disclaims all responsibility.
Boats must be located in the pitch, or in an area that has been previously allotted by the Management. They cannot be left on the beach or on water during the night, as per precise regulations issued by the local Port Authority.
The boat carrier is kept for free inside the Campsite, in the pitch or another assigned area.
RESPECT OF SILENCE
From 13.30 to 15.00 and from 23.30 to 7.00, any noise that may disturb the other guests is forbidden. Consequently, in order to respect all guests’ right to sleep, it is forbidden to pitch or disassemble tents or structures, or to play excessively loud radio or TV. Yelling, screaming and noisy playing are also forbidden.
The Management reserves - at its entire discretion - the right to immediately expel any Customer who disturbs the other guests’ tranquility or contravenes the aforesaid regulations.
Opening/closing is regulated through fixed timetables, and gates will be only accessed from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
A number of ecological oases are present near the entrance/exit of the campsite, aimed at implementing separate collection of paper, glass, plastic. Customers are requested to use them correctly.
The campsite Medical Service hours are posted on the Reception and Infirmary walls. Any infectious disease, or any disease that the medical staff may deem as potentially hazardous to the community, must be notified to the Management with no delay.
RESPECT OF GREEN AREAS
All of the following activities are strictly forbidden: damaging plants and flowers and/or threading on flower beds; digging holes or fissures in the pitch soil, and anchoring tarpaulins (or any other structure with ropes or cords of any type) directly to the trees.
Guests are not allowed to modify the soil state. Guests are not permitted to pour any boiling or salty liquids, to kindle bonfires or to use barbecues or grills.
To collect your mail, turn to the Management. Mail must be personally collected by the receiver. After seven days, all uncollected mail will be dispatched back to the sender.
SAFE-KEEPING OF VALUABLES AND LOST OBJECTS
Customers who find any lost objects, both on the beach and inside the Campsite, are kindly requested to bring them to Reception. We strongly advise on paying attention to all personal belongings and adopting all necessary precautions. Money and jewellery are not to be left inside tents, trailers and bungalows.
The Management disclaims any responsibility for any loss or theft of goods that have not been submitted for direct custody.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Sinks and washbasins must be used in compliance with the instructions. Clothes washing and dish washing are only allowed in the apposite areas. Chemical WCs must be emptied into the specific draining points located in the toilets. It is strictly forbidden to pour any liquid into street manholes. It is strictly forbidden to throw litter, cigarette butts and chewing-gums to the floor. The Management reserves the right to carry out maintenance and technical checks inside the Bungalows/Maxi-caravans, also in the absence of a Guest.
ELECRIC POWER SUPPLY
Pitches are supplied with 6 Ampere electric power: this value is based on the consumption of low-absorption devices. The power connection will only be supplied to guests whose cable and plug comply with EEC norms. Bungalows/Maxi-caravans are supplied with 12 Ampère.
PREVENTION OF FIRES
It is strictly forbidden to use free flames. The fire extinguishers must be easily reached.
It is therefore forbidden to obstruct, even temporarily, the extinguisher sites access with any kind of material, in order to keep the areas always accessible.
Any problem regarding fire prevention that may be considered potentially dangerous (such as fire extinguishers displacement, inefficient or so presumed extinguishers etc.) must be reported to the campsite emergency officer. Guests are not allowed to use faulty electric appliances or devices with damaged wires.
The campsite Management rigorously requests its guests to keep to the rules regarding conformity, use, vigilance and prohibitions.
Besides, anyone is invited to report any failure to comply with safety rules committed by other guests.
The Management also suggests its guests to take out a third party insurance policy which could even cover the property and the use of any kind of additional equipment and device.
In each camper, caravan and tent it is allowed to keep just one 10 Kilos gas bottle. It is prohibited the use of piece of material, tarpaulins and structures that may be highly inflammable.
USE OF COMMON FACILITIES
Shared facilities such as playground and five-a-side football are used at one’s own risk. Regulations concerning the activities above are reported on specific notices posted on the premises. It is not permitted to play football, bowls, volleyball or other sports outside the apposite areas.
Pets are allowed at the Management’s discretion .Pets are only allowed in Wooden-bungalow.The presence of pets must be notified at the moment of booking (Bungalows/Pitches). Maximum 2 pets per structure are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the beach, in the toilets, inside the restaurant and in the playground. Pet owners are obliged to pick up their pets’ excrements, using a scooper or the bags found in the Dog Toilets located in the Campsite. Owners will be fully responsible for any damage their pet may cause to third parties. Dogs belonging to dangerous breeds are subject to previous acceptance by the Management.
Bungalows and Maxi-caravans must be vacated by 10.00 h. Pitches must be vacated by 12.00 h. Upon departing, please leave your accommodation or pitch tidy. Tour Operator Guests, who have already paid their stay, must check-out and ask for a zero amount Receipt the day before leaving.
Counter Hours: 9,00 a.m. / 12,30 p.m. and 3,00 p.m. / 7,00 p.m.
The balance due must be paid on checking in. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, Cash Card, or VISA, CartaSì, Mastercard, Eurocard.
